Platform Usage

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and martm88 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern the use of the martm88 website, mobile application, and all related services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing games, or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in these Terms.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at martm88. Holding more than one account — including accounts registered using different names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. The information required during registration includes:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or valid identification document.
• An active email address that you own.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Date of birth for age verification.

martm88 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Users who fail to complete identity verification within the specified period may face temporary suspension or account closure.

The martm88 platform offers secure deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per deposit transaction through any supported payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: under 1 hour once the request is approved, subject to account verification.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

martm88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as payment service providers or financial institutions. Any funds deposited through an unauthorised method may be forfeited without compensation.

Users are prohibited from using another person's account to make deposits or withdrawals. Any attempt at money laundering or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses and promotions offered by martm88 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users are required to meet the wagering requirements before any winnings obtained from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The martm88 welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit of up to RM1,500. The applicable wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

The bonus terms applicable to each promotion are stated separately on the relevant promotion page. In any conflict between the general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will apply.

martm88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion programme at any time without prior notice. Unused bonuses may expire automatically after the validity period.

Users of the martm88 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:

• Registering more than one account by any means or method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools that manipulate gameplay.
• Sharing an account with or transferring an account to another party.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform for personal gain.
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform in any way.
• Making false claims or complaints to the customer support team.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the martm88 customer support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure is also a responsible gambling tool that we fully support.

martm88 also reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following situations, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• Instructions from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

For accounts closed due to a violation, martm88 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with activity that breaches these Terms. For voluntary account closures with no violation, eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

All content on the martm88 platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, interface design, graphics, text, software code, games, music, and animations — is the exclusive intellectual property of martm88 or the relevant licence holders.

Use of this platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licence over any such intellectual property. You are prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without prior written permission.
• Creating derivative works based on the platform's content or software.
• Using the martm88 brand name or logos for any commercial purpose without permission.
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform's software.

Infringement of martm88's intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal legal action. Any complaints regarding intellectual property infringement may be sent to us via our support email address.

The martm88 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, martm88 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be completely secure.

martm88 is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss of data or account information due to factors beyond our control.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, network failure, or unforeseen events.
• Financial loss resulting from gambling decisions made by users.
• Actions of third parties including game providers or payment service providers.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which martm88 holds its operating licence. martm88 operates under a valid international licence and is subject to the requirements of that licence.

In the event of a dispute between a user and martm88, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the licensing authority.

The decisions of the platform management on matters relating to gameplay, bonuses, and account verification are final and binding, unless there is a demonstrable manifest error or fraud.
